Hanging production lines
Garments move on an overhead rail, piece by piece. Process rhythm stays visible, work-in-progress is clear, and exceptions are located immediately instead of at the end of the line.
Manufacturing
Eight modern hanging production lines, a mature production system and a flexible approach that handles bulk volume and small quick-turn runs on the same floor.
Garments move on an overhead rail, piece by piece. Process rhythm stays visible, work-in-progress is clear, and exceptions are located immediately instead of at the end of the line.
Multiple styles and batches are organised in parallel with fast changeovers, matching a brand’s multi-SKU drop calendar without holding the whole floor hostage to one style.
Bulk volume and small quick-turn runs share the same line system, so seasonal peaks and trial orders are both workable.
Cut panels, operations and finished garments are recorded, supporting order progress tracking and quality traceability.
Manufacturing
Fabric is where garment quality begins. We evaluate and compare alternatives at sampling stage, then keep a bulk reference for every batch so production matches the approved sample.
Composition, weight, hand feel, shrinkage and colour fastness confirmed item by item, with alternative options proposed when needed.
Cutting, sewing, bar-tacking, pressing and packing are all in-house; special processes are handled with long-term partner workshops.
Batch references are kept and fabric lots recorded, so repeat orders can be matched against history to limit shade and hand-feel drift.
