About us
Based in Tong’an, Xiamen, Xiamen Baoyue Industrial Co., Ltd. has specialised in apparel manufacturing for more than twenty years. We are an ODM / OEM maker that brings design and development, pattern making, bulk production and order fulfilment for domestic and export markets together under one roof, holding a self-operated import and export licence.
Design, pattern making, production and order handling sit in the same organisation, so fewer hand-offs are lost between stages.
We work with domestic brands and overseas buyers alike, and understand the different fits, standards and lead times each market expects.
Export orders are taken directly, which keeps the communication chain short and the response fast.
Focus lines
Three lines run most often on our floor, and they get the most attention in pattern, fabric and finishing.

Manufacturing
Eight modern hanging production lines form our core capacity. The system is mature and built for flexibility rather than a single product type.
Garments travel on an overhead rail piece by piece, so process rhythm is visible and work-in-progress status is always clear.
Multiple styles and batches can be organised in parallel with fast style changeovers, matching a brand’s multi-SKU drop calendar.
Bulk volume and small quick-turn runs share the same line system — seasonal peaks and trial orders are both workable.
Cut panels, operations and finished garments are recorded, supporting order progress tracking and quality traceability.
R&D and pattern making
Our in-house development team translates a customer’s design intent into production-ready technical files, taking a style from concept to approved sample in one cycle.
Style sketches, construction notes and colourways built from the customer’s brief or reference sample.
Patterns drafted and graded to the target fit and size chart, with production patterns and spec sheets issued.
Composition, weight, hand feel, shrinkage and colour fastness checked before a fabric is approved.
Counter samples submitted for fit, workmanship and hand-feel approval; the signed sample becomes the bulk reference.
Quality control
From fabric receiving to final packing, five inspection gates stop problems before they travel further — always against the acceptance standard agreed with the customer, with third-party testing arranged on request.
Composition, weight, shade, defects and shrinkage verified; substandard fabric is not released to production.
Panels inspected by batch for dimension, layer count and grain direction to control bulk deviation.
Sewing operations patrolled during production so stitch, measurement and construction deviations surface early.
Every garment checked for appearance, measurement, workmanship and pressing against the customer standard.
Finished garments pass through a needle detector before packing, ruling out broken needles and metal fragments.
Third-party laboratory testing (composition, colour fastness, safety items) can be arranged to meet brand and destination-market requirements.

How we work
Several ways to start — from a sample in your hand to a tech pack on your desk — each one ending in a producible order.
Send us a sample and we replicate the fit, fabric and workmanship into a bulk order.
Send drawings or a technical pack and we deliver patterns, samples and construction.
Combine our style library and fabric resources with your brand to develop a full season.
A self-operated export licence means domestic brands and overseas buyers order directly.
Why Baoyue
Hand your manufacturing to a partner that is stable, transparent and built for the long run.
Focused on ODM/OEM apparel and what brands actually need from fit, workmanship and delivery.
Flexible scheduling runs multiple styles and batches at once, from bulk to small quick-turn orders.
Style, pattern, fabric and quality are handled by our own teams, not passed along a chain of agents.
From fabric receiving to needle detection, every stage is accepted against your standard.
Export orders are taken directly, with smooth documentation and shipment handling.
We protect commitments over single orders — long-term partnerships are the goal.

Tell us the style, quantity and target date. You will get a reply from our own team, not a trading agent.
